** Select a Skill, Weapon or Equipment option, as with any other Troop.
** Choose two different options from those available in the Spec-Ops Chart.
* In addition, Troopers with this Special Skill have two different Unit Profiles, always deploying with their Initial Profile. The player can replace the Trooper's Initial Profile with their Enhanced Profile by picking up a SpecBall, deployed with the '''Request SpecBall''' Skill.

* Before making the Combat Jump Roll, the player needs to choose what support equipment this suborbital drop contains, '''choosing two different items''' from the SpecBall Chart.
